Snow Flake Door Hanger

Hello Everyone,

Today, I would love to share with you a door hanger that I made for my Holiday gift giving gifts this year.  Lots of glitter, sparkle, and of course love went into making these.
Truly just a simple project. The most time spent was on all the cones made from an old book that I got from a thrift store years ago. I got this idea from Pinterest, and knew that Gina's Chip Board Snowflakes would fit perfectly!

I love anything with writing on it. I'm always on the hunt for old vintage papers to work into my crafts.
After stapling and gluing all the paper cones together, I made the yoyo out of calico material to have the winter frosty blue color.
I then painted the snowflake that I received from Gina's Designs, then immediately sprinkled golden glitter all over the snowflake so it would stick before the paint dried.
The letter was done the same way, but with a more finer soft glitter that I got at my local craft store.
Thank you for stopping by and taking a peek.
May everyone have a Blessed Holiday.

Hello Everyone,

Just wanted to post my class for next month's Prima Doll Tags. This month we will be working on May, and celebrating Mom for Mother's day by using Graphic 45's Place In Time. I never get tired of this line!

The colors are beautiful shades of Navy Blue, and Lilac.
All that's needed brought to the class in addition to your basics, is
Copic Markers...E74, and E79
Distressed Ink - Stormy Sky
Perfect Pearls Mist - Interference Red.
A craft mat, and paper towels.
All papers that you see in Photos will be provided in Class.
Look forward to seeing you all again, as I missed us getting together this past month!
I pray everyone is enjoying their Holiday Season.

Christmas Memories Mini Book

Hello Everyone!

Veronica here, sharing a new Christmas Project from Gina's Designs.  It was from her Mini Ginger Bread Chipboard album. I think it came out adorable.

Such a cozy front door!

I didn't use any of the Ginger Bread pieces, as I wanted it to be just a Christmas Album.

The paper used is from Lori Whitlock's Reflections Christmas.
I like how there's a Fruit Cake recipe on the page.

The roof edge, and the picket fence I brushed gesso on, then added the snow effect with a snow pen, and finished it off with frosted stickles.
Love, love, love, how it really looks like snow has just blown onto my book!

May everyone have a Blessed Holiday, time with those you love, and hold dear to your heart.
